Relevant experience makes the conversation useful
Tell us which systems, industry experience and communication skills matter. An accounting team may need experience with Xero or MYOB; a project team may need a particular drafting package, documentation standard or discipline.
We recruit and screen against your brief, then you interview and choose. The role examples help start the discussion; the candidate’s actual experience and assessment help you decide.
The four advantage
English as a working language
English is an official language of the Philippines, the language of higher education, business and government, and the language most professionals have worked in their entire careers. Your offshore team members are communicating, in writing and on the phone, with the fluency your customers and colleagues expect. For roles where communication is the job, front desk, customer service, executive support, this alone decides whether offshore works.
A professional workforce built on decades of Western business
The Philippines has served Australian, American and British businesses for a generation. That has produced a large professional workforce that already knows how Western companies operate, what their customers expect and how their software works.
Cultural alignment
Filipino professional culture prizes service, warmth, respect and reliability, and it maps unusually well onto what Australian and American businesses want from their teams. Customers notice it in the tone of a call. Managers notice it in the follow through and it is a large part of why our placements last.
Time zones that overlap
Manila sits two to three hours behind Australia’s east coast and close to New Zealand, so Australian and New Zealand teams get full working day overlap with no adjustment. For the United Kingdom and North America, our delivery centre runs shifted schedules so your team member works your hours. Either way, the work happens while you are working.

When offshoring is not right for you
Roles that require physical presence (greeting visitors, handling stock, being on a site, cannot be done remotely).
Roles that require a local licence, registration or security clearance stay local.
Roles where the value is deep local market judgement, brand strategy, complex advisory, high stakes negotiation, are usually best kept with your local leadership.
Offshore is best if the job is to support doing the work around them. If what you are describing is one of these, we will tell you on the first call.

Frequent Inquiries
Can we recruit several roles together?
Yes. We can discuss the responsibilities across a small team, the essential experience for each role and a practical sequence of searches and starts. Your managers’ time for selection and onboarding is part of that planning.
How do we assess communication and software experience?
Set the requirements in the brief. Describe whether the work involves customer calls, technical writing, meetings or internal processing, and which applications are essential. We discuss the screening and assessment approach, and you meet the shortlisted candidates.
Where will the team work?
The proposed work location, device setup and hours are confirmed for your engagement before you proceed. Tell us about any customer, system or policy restrictions during scoping.
How long does recruitment take?
We agree shortlist targets for the roles and search requirements. Interviews, your selection, candidate availability, checks and onboarding determine the start dates.
